The guiding lights
of my practice

Acupuncture is an ancient medicine effective for the pain of daily living. It’s mysterious how having tiny needles placed in specific places can make us feel so much better. My theory is acupuncture triggers our innate self healing. Most people find it very comfortable, relaxing and pleasant. Acupuncture is good stuff.

A compete, wholistic medical system that has been developing since roughly 250 BC. Practitioners identify various imbalances in the body, which can be rectified with acupuncture, cupping, moxabustion, herbs, nutrition, lifestyle changes, massage and counseling. A beautifully metaphorical medicine, TCM includes Yin/Yang theory, 5 elements theory, Zang/Fu theory, a complete channel system and so much more to provide a deep understanding the human body and it’s relationship to nature, spirit and society. I am a total Chinese medicine nerd, so if you want to know more about any of the above, just ask. I’ll be happy to give you an earful about it.

Not in LA? Not wanting to drive across LA to Mid-Wilshire? No problem! I offer individualized treatment plans in-office acupuncture as well as virtual visits that could include holistic counseling, nutrition, exercise and lifestyle advice, herb, flower essense and supplement recommendations, blood work analysis, song/book/art recommendations and intuitive takes on what’s going on with you - all the good stuff I offer in person.
Healing is a process, and healing in relationship with a trusted practitioner can be profound. I strive to keep my services accessible and enjoyable. In this spirit, I work on a sliding scale. In-office visits are $85 - $150 per visit and virtual visits are $100 - $150.
